Christine Carriveau and Benjamin Elowski exchanged wedding vows June 2, 2012 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Ossineke. Reverend Dennis Neigh officiated the double-ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Charles and Kathy Carriveau of Spruce. The groom is the son of the late Betsy Smith Elowski and Dale & Joy Elowski of Occonomowoc, Wis.

Attending the bride as maid of honor was Sabrina Carriveau, daughter of the bride and as matron of honor was Kathy Carriveau, mother of the bride. Bridesmaids were Charlene Oliver, Cathy MacFalda and Mary Zann, all sisters of the bride; Kristin Carriveau, sister-in-law of the bride; Victoria Carriveau, Vanessa Oliver, Shannon Oliver and flower girl Alice MacFalda, all nieces of the bride.

Attending the groom as best man was his brother, Andy Elowski. Groomsmen were Phil Carriveau, brother of the bride; and Frank Oliver and Steve Zann, brothers-in-law of the bride. Ushers were Mark MacFalda and Jon Carriveau, nephews of the bride.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the Caledonia Township Hall in Spruce.

Christine is a graduate of Alpena High School and Alpena Community College. She is employed at LeFave Pharmacy. Benjamin is a graduate of Rogers City High School and Alpena Community College. He is employed at Kalita Air. The couple is residing in Ossineke.
