MELDRUM, Robert G., 81, of Alpena died Sunday, Dec. 16, 2012, at home.
He is survived by his wife, Geraldine; two daughters, Maureen (Richard) Elson of Crystal Falls, and Ann Marie Meldrum of Alpena; four sons, Stephen (Mary) of Idaho, Gene (Alice) of North Muskegon, Kurt (Patsy) of Freeport, and Andrew (Yvette) of Tennessee; 15 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Fredrick (Arlene) of Alpena, and J. Michael (Donna) of Alpena; brother- in-law, Kenneth Oke of Alpena; and many nieces and nephews.
He is at the Bannan Funeral Home where friends may call on Tuesday from 2-8 p.m. and where a funeral service will take place on Wednesday at 2 p.m.
