WENDT, Irving R. (Bob), 89, of Yuma, Ariz., formerly of Alpena, died Saturday, Nov. 24, 2012, at home.
He is survived by his wife, Agnes; daughter, Joan of Alpena; sons Steve of Eugene, Ore., Tim of Yuma, Bob of Glennallen, Alaska; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, Dec. 1 at 11 a.m. at Christ Lutheran Church of Yuma, 2555 South Engler Avenue. He will be interred at Arlington National Cemetery in early 2013.
