WELK, Marie E., 81, of Alpena died Sunday, Nov. 11, 2012, at Alpena Regional Medical Center.
She is survived by her husband, Bill; her daughter, Susan Diane Moore of Alpena; two grandchildren, Christopher and Courtney; two sisters-in-law, Margaret Kirby of Alpena, and Jane Lockard of California; brother-in-law, Fred Baker; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She is at the Bannan Funeral Home where friends may call on Wednesday from 2-8 p.m. Visitation will continue on Thursday at St. Paul Lutheran Church on Thursday from 12 noon until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. with Rev. Shirley Ross-Jones officiating.
Interment will be at Spratt Cemetery.
