Five members of the Alcona soccer team have earned All-Huron Shores Conference honors this season.
Jared Steiner, who led the Tigers with 21 goals and 26 assists, earned first-team offensive honors and Jordan McCoy was named to the first-team defense.
Aaron Ritchie was named second-team goalkeeper and Trenton LaVergne was named to the second-team offense.

Alcona finished the season with an 11-6 record after winning a district title and advancing to the regional semifinals for the first time since 2007. The Tigers lost to Hart 4-1 in the semifinal with Steiner scoring Alcona's only goal.
