HENDERSON, Joan C., 79, of 214 E. Wisner Street, Alpena died Sunday, Sept. 30, 2012, at her home.
She is survived by her husband, James; a son James Jr. (Sandi) of Calera, Ala., a daughter, Sheree Munroe of Herron, daughter-in-law, Beverly (Dan) Williams of Clinton Twp.; four grandchildren; two grea-grandchildren; a brother, Donald (Barbara) Zelenka of Flushing; two sisters-in-law, Marlene (Bill) Freas of Fenton, Gaila (Toby) Gray of Cookeville, Tenn.; brother-in-law, Jack (Annie) Henderson of Flushing; several nieces and nephews.
Following her wishes cremation has taken place and no services will take place. Arrangements have been handled by the Bannan Funeral Home.
