The problem We have with the Rogers City prosecutor is that he is still prosecuting people for same thing he has been accused of.
The other thing that we are concerned with, is that the city Attorney is the defender. Isn't that being biased. He has a jail house full of client's. It's like a Judas goat leading the bad lambs to slaughter. They will get a plea agreement they can't refuse. My advise is to change attorneys. The prosecutor gets a win and the city attorney gets $1,500 for no representation. Someone will be filling a suit against him and the city.
They just arrested a lead HUNT team leader for drugs. What is going on in Rogers City?
