HILLMAN-The Hillman volleyball team swept Fairview in a North Star League match on Tuesday, winning 25-21, 25-22 and 25-14.
Riley Appelgren had five aces and seven assists for Hillman, Jensen Tchorzynski added seven kills and 12 digs and Cagney Smith chipped in nine digs.
Hillman is 3-0 in league play and travels to Posen on Thursday.

INDIAN RIVER-The Onaway volleyball team improved to 2-0 in Ski Valley Conference play and 15-3-1 overall with a sweep of Inland Lakes on Tuesday.
The Cardinals won 25-15, 25-8 and 25-17.
Lexi Szymoniak had 10 kills, one ace and three digs for the Cardinals; Mariah Ehrke had three kills, six aces and 20 digs; Megan Estep added two kills and 18 assists; Devin Bristley had five kills and five digs; Emily Estep had four digs and Sara Fullerton added four kills, one ace and three digs.
