In watching tonight's news (Wednesday, August 29), I see that gasoline prices have gone up five cents a gallon nation-wide due to Hurricane Isaac.
So, why, in Alpena, has gasoline gone up 25 cents a gallon? The Alpena "gas cartel" at work again, taking advantage of the people?
