Alpena Mayor Matt Waligora hosted a discussion at the Chisholm Street Big Boy Tuesday evening to have an open conversation with community members about water meter change-outs, the Adopt-a-Park program, and government efficiencies and services. Waligora said this was his first attempt at hosting a community discussion, but plans on establishing office hours in the near future.
