Disappointed in air show.
This show was not for the senior citizen (both age 83). My wife and I had to walk a quarter mile to the shuttle bus stop, across an uneven field of grass parking area. I am a walker so I know distances. I was carrying two steel framed folding chairs, and my wife was carrying four chair cushions. Then the bus let us off where we still had another eighth of a mile to walk uphill. Other air shows we have been to bring the shuttle right to your car. Then after watching two acts, the announcer told us there would be a 40 minute interval until the next act. Not interested in the military static displays, we then left and had the long walk back to the car.
The recent air show in Rogers City was more interesting. At most air shows with multiple performers, when an act is finished and the plane flies away, the next plane comes immediately into view from the other end, for the next act. I have never heard of a 40 minute interlude between performers.
Staying home next time.
