Christine Splatt and Mark Van Woert of Macomb Township announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Ken and Marge Splatt, formerly of Warren, now of Tampa, Fla. The future groom is the son of Oscar and Bonnie Sleeper of Lachine.
Christine is a 1994 graduate of Cousino High School and is currently employed by Hewitt Packard. Mark is a 1990 graduate of Alpena High School. He served 11 years in the military straight out of high school and currently is self-employed as a celebrity talent agent.
