BULLEN, Heather, 35, died Wednesday, July 11, 2012.
She is survived by her husband, Brad Sieve; child, Vonn Sieve; brother, Bob Bullen; brother-in-law, Gerald Karpo; and parents, Cecelia and James Bullen.
An informal celebration will be held on Northern Kentucky University's Griffin Hall on Sunday, July 15, from 1-4 p.m.
