The Niagara, a 198-foot reconstruction of a flagship from the War of 1812, sails the Thunder Bay River to make port at the Thunder Bay National Marine Sanctuary on Monday. Following this week’s crew training courses for students of the sailing school vessel, the ship will return to port July 20-21 for evening events available for private charter as well as public dockside tours.
