KARSTEN, Jon B., 50, of Cheboygan died Friday, June 15, 2012, at his home surrounded by his family.
He is survivedy b his wife, Amy; children, Andrew of Alpena, Scott of Ann Arbor, Alex of Wood, Mo., Hannah Karsten of Stevensville, and Luke of Cheboygan; parents, James and Geraldine Karsten of Alpena; father-in-law, Joe Brody of Cheboygan; siblings, Gerald (Beth) of Canton, Kyle (Janet) of Green Bay, Wis., and Ken of Los Angeles, Calif.; and one nieces and three nephews.
Visitation will be held Monday, June 18, 2012, at Nordman-Christian Funeral Home in Cheboygan from 3-8 p.m. with a prayer service at 7 p.m. On Tuesday, June 19, 2012, visitation will resume at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Cheboygan with a funeral service at 11 a.m. officiated by Rev. Richard Schaeffer.
