How can the powers that be justify selling two prime pieces of property on 23 North to two existing businesses located here in Alpena. Here was a prime opportunity to bring in new businesses to the area, create jobs and promote tourism. Instead the powers that be relocated two car dealerships and will leave Alpena with two empty buildings to stare at. Where is the vision for the future of Alpena in this.
