KAZYAKA, Brian Stephen, 58, of 203 S. Third Avenue, Alpena died Wednesday, June 6, 2012, at Alpena Regional Medical Center.
He is survived by two children, Stephen (Tina) and Kelly; three grandchildren, Zachary, Autumn and Austin; his mother, Mary; two brothers, Duane (Chris), and Keith (Paoletta); and several nieces and nephews.
Private services will take place at a later time. Arrangements are being handled by the Bannan Funeral Home.
