The Hillman softball team has been awarded the All-Academic Team Award for the seventh straight year by the Michigan High School Softball Coaches Association. The MHSSCA gives the award to any team that has a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
The individual Senior All-Academic Award is given to players that have achieved a 3.6 GPA or higher during their high school careers. Hillman seniors who recieved the award are: Carissa Herrick, Alissa Clink and Amanda Kennard.
Other members of the team include: Audrey Julka, Taylor Jones, Rachael Mayes, Kourtney Boldrey, Morgan Hardies, Arielle Barrie, Jensen Tchorzynski, Alissa Jones and Taylor Crawford.
