Miss Sunrise Side Princess crowned

Six contestants competed for the title of Miss Sunrise Side Princess 2012 on May 18 at Alpena Community College's Granum Theatre. At the end of the night the title and talent award went to Natalie Goff, daughter of Ray and Bonnie Goff of Lachine.

First runner was Gracie Pagels, daughter of Randy and Jamie Pagels of Lincoln.

The Spirit Award, voted on by the contestants, went to Mackenzie Zdybel, daughter of Bryan and Angie Zdybel of Presque Isle. The People's Choice Award, voted on by the audience, went to Madison Tulgetska, daughter of Chris and Nancy Tulgetska of Rogers City.

Contestants who also competed include: Cherokee Cunningham of Atlanta and Lillian Broad of Alpena.

Miss Sunrise Side Julie LaBar and Miss Sunrise Side Teen Kailey Pagels produced and directed this year's program. The Miss Sunrise Side Princess Program is a fundraiser for the Miss Sunrise Side Scholarship Program.
