Tax and Spend
The city of Alpena is over budget by almost a million dollars.
When one of the three person majority of our City Council says, "We are not going to cut our way to a balanced budget." It sounds like tax and spend to me.
The country is trillions in debt with this attitude. Do these three run their own house budget this way?
