Tara Parker and Brent Welch, both of Bay City, announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Kristi Rouech of Essexville, and Brad Parker of Bay City. The future groom is the son of Jeff and Sandy Welch of Alpena.
Tara is a 2007 graduate of Heritage High School. She currently attends Saginaw Valley State University to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in History and Art. She is employed by Old Navy. Brent is a 2006 graduate of Alpena High School. He currently attends Saginaw Valley State University to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Brent is employed by Regional Elite.
The couple will exchange their wedding vows Nov. 3, 2012, at Zion Lutheran Church in Bay City.
