Has there been a full moon out over the course of the last 12 days?
Ask any police officer, mortician or emergency room staff, and they quickly will confirm a lot more activity happens around the full moon of every month than at any other time of that month. And, not all of it is easily explained.
For instance, if we consider government affairs in Northeast Michigan from April 16 through April 26, we would have read:
