CADILLAC-Two goals in the first five minutes of the second half helped the Cadillac girls soccer team to a 4-1 win over Alpena on Tuesday.
Katie Brownell scored the only goal for the Wildcats (1-3, 1-2 Big North), who lost their third straight game. Emmy LaFleche assisted on the score.
The two teams played to a 1-1 tie in the first half, but the two quick second-half goals ultimately tipped the game in Cadillac's favor. The Vikings also added a late goal.
Alpena plays at Tawas today.

Pellston 0-0
PELLSTON-Emily Estep pitched a perfect game and had 33 strikeouts in two games as the Onaway softball team swept Pellston 4-0 and 8-0 in a doubleheader on Tuesday.
Estep threw her perfect game in the nightcap, striking out 14 and going 2-for-3 at the plate with a two-run home run.
Sam Freel was 2-for-3 and scored three runs and Brooke Syzmoniak, Megan Estep and Sam Brasseur each had a hit.
In the opener, Emily Estep fanned 19 and allowed just one hit. She was also 2-for-4 at the plate with a double.
Syzmoniak was 2-for-4; Sam Freel was 2-for-3; and Megan Estep, Autumn Hall and Temara Lupu each had a hit.
Onaway is 4-0 on the season and plays at Inland Lakes on Thursday.
