Amy Wallot and Mark Cornelison exchanged their wedding vows Aug. 21, 2011 at The Stephensons' Garden in Lexington, Ky. Rev. Nancy Jo Kemper officiated the outdoor ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Ken and Lori LaRoche of Alpena and Dennis and Gail Wallot of Wayne. The groom is the son of Harry and Jeanne Gianneschi of Louisville, Ky. and the late Richard Cornelison.

Attending the bride as matron of honor was her sister, April Ranshaw. Attending the groom as best man was his friend Dennis Hensley.

Following the ceremony a reception honoring the couple was held at Bella Notte Restaurant in Lexington. A rehearsal dinner was held at the couple's home.

Amy, a graduate of Alpena High School, Alpena Community College and Eastern Michigan University, is employed by the Kentucky Department of Education. Mark, a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, is employed by the Lexington Herald-Leader.

The newlyweds spent their honeymoon in Aruba. They are residing in Lexington, Ky.
