Mike Wilson elected to Habitat state board

Mike Wilson has been elected to the board of directors of Habitat for Humanity of Michigan.

Wilson is executive director of Habitat for Humanity Northeast Michigan. He will represent Habitat affiliates across northern Michigan as he serves with other community leaders from across the state.

"I am proud to be on the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity of Michigan and look forward to bringing greater awareness to the need for decent affordable housing in Michigan," said Wilson.

Based in Lansing, Habitat for Humanity of Michigan is the state support organization for Michigan's 76 Habitat for Humanity affiliates which serve nearly every county in the state. HFHM's mission is to increase the capacity of Habitat for Humanity affiliates in Michigan to build or renovate simple, decent homes in partnership with people in need.
