BUTTERWORTH, Shirley Ann, 75, of Alpena died Thursday, Dec. 22, 2011, at Alpena Regional Medical Center.
She is survived by three sons, Mark, Todd and Kurt; two grandsons, Jason and Ryan; three great-grandchildren; one sister, Margaret (Bob) Kujawa; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial visitation will be held at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of the memorial mass at 11 a.m. with Rev. Gerald Okoli officiating.
