Noelle Nicole Abend and Matthew Thomas Voss exchanged their wedding vows March 26, 2011, at Hope Lutheran Church in Hubbard Lake. Pastor Herbert Kitzman officiated at the 3 p.m. double-ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Bill and Bonnie Abend of Ossineke. The groom is the son of Tom and Brenda Voss of Sebewaing.

Attending the bride as matron of honor was her friend, Kelley Ellis. Bridesmaids were Heather Heyliger, sister of the bride, and Carrie Geib, friend of the bride. Flower girls were Makenzie Heyliger and Alexis Fox, nieces of the bride, and Kaylee Shaw, niece of the groom.

Attending the groom as best man was his brother, Michael Voss. Groomsmen were Jesse Smith, friend of the groom, and Eric Abend, brother of the bride. Serving as ring bearer was Mason Shaw, the groom's nephew.

Following the ceremony, a reception honoring the couple was held at the APlex in Alpena. A rehearsal dinner was held at JAT hunting camp in Ossineke.

Noelle, a graduate of Alpena High School and Ferris State University, is employed by Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital. Matt, a graduate of Elkton-Pigeon Bay Port and Saginaw Valley State University, is employed by General Motors.

The newlyweds spent their honeymoon in Jamaica and currently reside in Troy.
