Sherry A. Brousseau and Larry P. Tolan exchanged their wedding vows July 9, 2011, at St. Anne Catholic Church in Alpena. Rev. Rolando Silva officiated the noon double-ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Elaine and the late James Zielaskowski of Alpena. The groom is the son of the late Art and Delores Tolan of Alpena.

Attending the bride as maid of honor was her sister, Jan Crawford. Junior bridesmaid was granddaughter, Sierra Elliotte. Attending the groom as best man was his brother, Art "Mike" Tolan. Flower girl was granddaughter, Madison Tolan. Ring bearer was grandson, Noah Tolan. Serving as ushers were Jason Tolan and Robert Crawford.

Following the ceremony, a reception in honor of the newlyweds was held at the Holiday Inn.

Sherry is a 1967 graduate of Alpena High School and Saginaw Business Institution. She is retired from Alpena Public Schools. Larry is a 1966 graduate of Alpena High School and Alpena Community College. He is semi-retired.

The couple spent their honeymoon up north and are residing in Alpena.
