Emily Elswick-Scheer and James Robert-John Krueger announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Steve and Cheryl Scheer of Gaylord. The future groom is the son of Dennis and Sandy Krueger of Hubbard Lake.
Emily is a 2009 graduate of Gaylord High School. She is currently attending Schoolcraft College in Livonia where she is pursuing degrees in culinary arts and hospitality management. James is a 2006 graduate of Alpena High School. He is employed by Allisance Mbil Health in Troy.
