Elisa Lynn Millard and Jason Andrew Shiemke, both of Rogers City, announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Valarie Dihle of Alpena, and Jack and Sheila Millard of Syracuse, N.Y. Her fiance is the son of Jill and Peter Shiemke of Hubbard Lake.
Elisa is a 2000 graduate of Alpena High School and a 2011 graduate of Alpena Community College. She is employed at K-Mart Corp. in Alpena. Jason is a 1996 graduate of Alpena High School and attended Alpena Community College. He is a stay-at-home dad.
