Linette Sue Anderson and Jeffrey John Tannery exchanged their wedding vows Sept. 18, 2010, at the Old Presque Isle Lighthouse. Rev. Arthur Fournier officiated the 2:30 p.m. double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Janet Anderson of Lachine and the late Robert Anderson. The groom is the son of John and Mary Lou Tannery of Portland.
Attending the bride as maid of honor was her long-time friend, Diane Bolger. Bridesmaids were Melissa Anderson, sister of the bride; Jessica Oliver and Megan Oliver, nieces of the bride; and Linda Sivyer, sister of the groom.
Attending the groom as best man was his brother, Keith Tannery. Groomsmen were Joe Murphy, Craig Pond and Joel Brown Jr., friends of the groom; and Cody Sivyer, nephew of the groom. Flower girl was Cozette Brown, daughter of friends of the couple. Ring bearer was Owen Goodman, nephew of the groom. Serving as ushers were Dan Brown and Scott Oliver.
Following the ceremony, a reception in honor of the newlyweds was held at the Presque Isle Lodge.
Linette received a bachelor of science degree in physiology from Michigan State University and is employed by Bon Ton. Jeffrey received an automotive technology degree from Ferris State University and is employed by Universal Forest Products.
The couple spent their honeymoon on a trip to the Upper Peninsula and Mackinac Island. They are residing in Potterville.
