Alisha Manning and Russell Brandel, both of Ossineke, announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Julie Alexander and Kevin Kaczorowski of Alpena, and Bryan Manning of Herron. Her fiance is the son of Barb and Duane Brandel of Alpena.
Alisha is employed by Alpena Regional Medical Center. Russell is co-owner of Larry's Collision.
