Korin Kelsey and Brian Mischloney of Alpena announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Ron and Lynn Kelsey of Alpena. Her fiance is the son of Steve and Lori Mischloney and the late Pamela Russell.
Korin is a 2001 graduate of Alpena High School and a 2004 graduate of Alpena Community College with an associate's degree in registered nursing. She is currently employed by Alpena Regional Medical Center. Brian is a 1999 graduate of Alpena High School and is employed by Plowman's Collision.
