Samantha Marie Bishop and Aron Lee Jaskolski announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Edward and Linda Bishop of Kenockee Township. Her fiance is the son of Rob and Valerie Golding of Alpena, and the late Norman Jaskolski.
Samantha is a 2005 graduate and valedictorian of Yale High School in Yale. She graduated with honors from Michigan State University in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in finance. She is employed with the State of Michigan Department of Human Services, and is also employed as lead manager at Fargo Market LLC in Fargo. Aron is a 2000 graduate of Alpena High School and graduated in 2006 from Michigan State University with a bachelor's degree in agriculture and natural resource communications. He is employed with Peters Brothers Farms in Emmett.
