Laura Froyer and Daniel Lynch exchanged their wedding vows July 31, 2010, at Basilica of the Sacred Heart in Notre Dame, Ind. Deacon Leonard Froyer, uncle of the bride, officiated the 3 p.m. double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Curt and Kathy Froyer of Knoxville, Iowa. The groom is Alfred and Bozenna Lynch of Alpena.
Attending the bride as maid of honor were her sister, Anne Mowery, and cousin, Emily Galt. Bridesmaids were Kalsea Koss and Sarah VonWyk, friends of the bride, and Cindy Tolan, sister of the groom. The flower girl was Kaja Mowery, a niece. Attending the groom as best man were his brothers, Mike Lynch and Richard Niedziolek. Groomsmen were Blake Scheller and Dan Oelfke, friends of the groom, and Brendan Mowery, brother-in-law of the groom. The ring bearer was Colin Mowery, a nephew. Serving as ushers were Jeremy Speer and Tony Ngirarsaol, friends of the groom.
Following the ceremony, a reception in honor of the newlyweds was held at The Woodward in South Bend. A rehearsal dinner took place at Comfort Suites, also in South Bend.
Laura received a Bachelor of Arts from Notre Dame University, a Master of Arts from Michigan State University and is in the process of getting a Ph.D. from MSU. Daniel received a Bachelor of Arts from MSU in 2006, a Master of Science from Notre Dame University in 2007 and is in the process of getting a Ph.D. from MSU. Both are currently employed by MSU.
The couple spent their honeymoon in Jamaica. They are residing in Lansing.
