Kelli Ann Kearly and Adam Francis Sheehan exchanged their wedding vows Aug. 19 during a private, double-ring ceremony on Old Mission Peninsula in Traverse City. Rev. David Brownlee officiated the sunset ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Charles and Kay Kearly of Alpena. The groom is the son of Timothy and Joan Sheehan of Berkley, and the late Barbara Mustard of Columbus, Neb.

Attending the private ceremony were the bride's mother and father and the groom's father and stepmother. A private dinner for the two families was held at the Peninsula Grill following the intimate, beach nuptials.

An informal reception was held Aug. 28 at the North Star Sail Club in Mount Clemens.

Kelli is a 1998 graduate of Alpena High School and a 2002 graduate of Central Michigan University. She is currently employed as marketing associate with the Detroit Zoo. Adam is a 1993 graduate of Berkley High School. He is employed as an equipment manager with the Detroit Red Wings.

The couple is honored to share their anniversary with both the bride's parents and maternal grandparents, Edwin and Donna Smolinski of Alpena. Kelli and A
