Honna Gauthier and Ryan Minnick, both of Austin, Texas, announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Chuck and Susie Gauthier of Ossineke, and granddaughter of Joe and Harriet Gauthier of Lincoln and Betty Hamilton of Clarkston. Her fiance is the son of Tom Minnick and Sherry Moore of Austin, Texas, and grandson of Leroy and Coralee Campbell of Alpena.
Honna is a graduate of Alpena High School and Western Michigan University. She is a corporate trainer for Whirlpool Corporation. Ryan is a graduate of Boulder High School and attended Louisiana State University and Austin Community College. He is a mask designer for Intel Corporation.

The couple will exchange their wedding vows April 28, 2011, at the Excellence Resort and Spa in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. They will host a Michigan reception the following August.
