Oliver 50th

Jerry and Dorothy Oliver of Lachine recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a trip to Bryce, Grand Canyon and Zion National Parks followed by Yellowstone National Park and the Black Hills.

Jerry and the former Dorothy Schultz were married Oct. 1, 1960, at St. Paul Lutheran Church of Herron. They have three children: (Ted) Vicki Brancheau, J. Mark (Jeannine) Oliver and Mike (Lori) Oliver. Their grandchildren are: Ryan (Elicia), Jeremy (Jessica) and Cahlen Brancheau; Mark (Ashley) Oliver and (Chris) Tiffany Keller; Michael, Alicia, Mikayla, Autumn and Morgan Oliver. They also have seven great-grandchildren: Logan, Livia, Chloe, Trevor, Jackson, Mila and Gavin.

Jerry is retired from Stoneport Lafarge and Dorothy from Alpena Public Schools.
