Autumn Noel Sump and Dominic Guido Cercone exchanged their wedding vows Oct. 16 at the Dreams Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Rev. Rick York officiated the 4 p.m. double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Larry and Deb Sump of Randolph, Kansas. The groom is the son of Joe and Sally Cercone of Rogers City. Grandparents of the bride are Betty and Lyle Sylvester of Clay Center, Kansas. Grandparents of the groom are Frances Cercone of Pittsburgh, Pa., and Ivan Streich of Rogers City.
Maids of honor were Amy Swartz and Becky Kruske, friends of the bride. Bridesmaids were Kristi Kohli and Kori Braun, sisters of the bride; Jenny Sump, sister-in-law of the bride; and Monica Cercone, sister of the groom. Attending the groom as best man was Greg Pietsch, cousin and friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Ben and Tim Cercone, brothers of the groom; Cody Sump, brother of the bride; and Gary Kuznicki and Elliot Dowling, friends of the groom. Ring and Bible bearers were Owen Kohli, Cale Braun and Landon Sump, nephews of the bride. Flower girl was Jaden Kohli, niece of the bride. Sand ceremony attendants were Colleen Weinck and Jodi Mason, friends of the bride.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the resort. Guests in attendance traveled from Kansas, Nebraska, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Florida to celebrate the event with Autumn and Dominic.
Autumn is a graduate of Kansas State University with a degree in management information systems. She also holds a business and computer science education degree from Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas. She is employed as a clinical specialist with the Cardiac Rhythm Disease Management Division of Medtronic Corp. in Toledo, Ohio.
The groom is a graduate of Central Michigan University with a bachelor of science degree. He also a graduate of the Golf Turf Management program at Michigan State University and is an assistant superintendent at the Inverness Club in Toledo.
Following a honeymoon at the Dreams Resort, the couple returned to their home in Toledo.
