Richard and Rebecca Counsellor of Hubbard Lake recently celebrated their 45th wedding anniversary.
Mr. Counsellor and the former Rebecca Ross were married Aug. 28, 1965, in Ohio City, Ohio. They moved to Alcona County in 1966. Their children are James Counsellor of Hubbard Lake and Kelly (Craig) Chunchick of Shelby Township. They have two grandchildren, Allison and Brandon Chunchick.
Richard is retired from Alpena Community College and Rebecca from Michigan State University Extension Service.
