Bob and Sue Eller of 143 Bear Point Rd. recently celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary. They were greeted by relatives and friends with a surprise celebration Aug. 14 at the Snow Drifters Club.
Sue is the daughter of the late Dorothy and Robert Doyle. Bob is the son of Florence and the late Bill Eller.
Sue and Bob are retired teachers, Sue from elementary and Bob from Alpena Community College as an instructor for concrete technology.
