Kari Srebnik and Aaron Buza exchanged their wedding vows April 24 at St. Anne Catholic Church in Alpena. Father Rolando Silva officiated the 1 p.m. double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Louis and Cindy Srebnik of Alpena. The groom is the son of Sandy Buza of Bay City, and Richard and Sandra Buza of Bay City.
Attending the bride as maid of honor was her sister, Melissa Srebnik. Bridesmaids were Amy Srebnik, cousin of the bride; Mary Buza and Jenny Buza, sisters of the groom; and Darcie Scheller, friend of the bride. Junior bridesmaid was Chloe Kusmierz, niece of the groom. Serving as flower girl was Kylie Gagnon, cousin of the bride.
Attending the groom as best man was his friend, Jason Swincicki. Groomsmen were Matt Buza, brother of the groom; Craig Irvine, Brent Felsing and Kevin Pasch, friends of the groom. Junior groomsmen were Courtland Kusmierz and Zach Ernst, nephews of the groom. Serving as ring bearer was Easton Srebnik, cousin of the bride. Ushers were Brian Janowicz and Wayne Straub, both friends of the groom.
Following the ceremony, a reception in honor of the newlyweds was held at St. Anne's Parish Center. The rehearsal dinner took place at a family home.
Kari is employed with LeFave Pharmacy as a certified pharmacy technician. Aaron is employed with Family Video as a district manager.
The newlyweds spent their honeymoon at the Grand Canyon. They are residing in Alpena.
