William and Mary Jane Beach of 167 N. June, Alpena, recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a family gathering at their home.
Mr. Beach and the former Mary Jane O'Hare were married June 24, 1950, in Bay City. They have four children: David (Kathy) Beach of Griffin, Ga., Michael (Teresa) Beach of Alpena, Lynne (Lyle) Garver of Winter Haven, Fla., and Patty Mears of Charlotte. Their grandchildren are Mark Beach, Tracy Beach, Sean Beach, Alison Beach, Kevin MacArthur, Scott MacArthur, Patrick MacArthur and Daniel Mears.
