Heather Elizabeth Brooks of Spruce and Eric John Martin of Alpena announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Mike and Melissa Brooks of Alpena, and Ben and Phyllis Muzljakovich of Allenton. Her fiance is the son of Dave and Sue Martin of Alpena.
Heather is a 2005 graduate of Alpena High School, a 2007 graduate of Alpena Community College and a 2009 graduate of Spring Arbor University. She is employed by Bingham Arts Academy. Eric is a 2003 AHS graduate and a 2007 ACC graduate. He is employed by Perch's IGA.
