BARTZ, Ervin Ewald, 71, of Bullock, N.C., and formerly of Hubbard Lake, died at Granville Medical Center, Oxford, N.C., on Monday, March 8, 2010.
He is survived by three children, Diane (Ken Hilton) Bartz of North Carolina, David (Joyce) of North Carolina, and Carl (Pat) of Georgia; two grandchildren, Benjamin and Thaddeus; three sisters, Doris Olson of Alpena, Ruth Thiem of Alpena, and Grace (Thomas) Lumsden of Lachine; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at the Bannan Funeral Home on Friday from 2 p.m. until an 8 p.m. prayer service and will continue Saturday at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Hubbard Lake from 2 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 3 p.m. with Rev. Robert Mikkelson officiating.
Interment will be at Wolf Creek Cemetery.
