Jessica Motley and Joseph Crowell announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Lanny Szatkowski, and Sally and Randy Hatch of Alpena. Her fiance is the son of Karen and James Westerguard of Posen, and the late Arthur Lawrence Crowell.
Jessica is a 2000 graduate of Aces Academy. Joseph is a 2002 graduate of Alpena High School and is employed by Northeast Michigan Community Mental Health.
