MORRIS, Nancy K., 68 of Owosso, formerly of Alpena, died on Friday, Feb. 5, 2010, at Memorial Health Care in Owosso.
She is survived by her husband James; their six children, Jackie (Duane) Wilder of Williamsburg, Va., Larry (Mary) Carmody of Sebring, Fla., Cheryl Carmody of Texas, Sean Morris of Owosso, VaLane (Dennis) Morris-Nolen of Owosso and Taya Morris of Richmond, Va.; 16 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, George Sang of Minneapolis, Minn., and Victor Sang of North Carolina; one sister, Candace (Jeff) Cole of Minneapolis, Minn., as well as several nieces and nephews.
Friends and family will gather at the Karpus-Hunter Funeral Home on Monday, Feb. 8, 2010 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., on Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2010, from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. with a parish prayer service beginning at 7 p.m. Visitation will continue Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2010, at St. Bernard Catholic Church from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial begins with the Rev. Fr. Greg McCallum officiating.
Committal services will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2010.
