Sarah Werner and Adam Shell, both of Ann Arbor, announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of David and Claudia Werner of Alpena. Her fiance is the son of Cynthia Shell of Flint and Ronald Shell of Van Wert, Ohio.
Sarah works as a clinical social worker in the NICU at the University of Michigan Medical Center. Adam served in the U.S. Navy and U.S. Naval Reserves and works for a contracting and home improvement company in Ann Arbor.
