Jamie DesRocher and Eric Prahl, both of Chicago, Ill., announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of James DesRocher and Mavis DesRocher, both of Alpena. Her fiance is the son of Rembert and Patricia Prahl of Austin, Texas.
Jamie is a 2000 graduate of Alpena High School and a 2004 graduate of Michigan State University. She is currently attending graduate school at Roosevelt University in Chicago. Eric is a graduate of Abilene High School and McMurry University. Both are employed at Cars.com.
