Jennifer Gerow and Nicholas Wiser exchanged their wedding vows June 20 at St. Anne Catholic Church in Alpena. Father Patrick Maher officiated the 1 p.m. double-ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Tom and Edna Gerow of Ossineke. The groom is the son of Phil and Suzanne Wiser of Alpena.

Attending the bride as maid of honor was her friend, Alecia Diemond. Bridesmaids were Bobbi Mott, Stacy Anderson and Megan Chapman, friends of the bride.

Attending the groom as best man were his brothers, Chris and Jeff Wiser. Groomsmen were Tim Gapske and Matt Wilkey, friends of the groom, and Kurt Gerow, brother of the groom. Serving as ring dog was Wilson, the bride and groom's dog. Ushers were Matt Simonin and Justin Gerow.

Following the ceremony, a reception in honor of the newlyweds was held at the Alpena Civic Center. A rehearsal dinner was held at Kurt Gerow and Stacy Anderson's home.

Jennifer received an associate's degree in nursing from Alpena Community College and is employed by Great Lakes Heart Center as a registered nurse. Nicholas received an associate's degree in business from ACC and is employed by Neiman's Family Market as assistant store director.

The couple spent their honeymoon in Hawaii. They are residing in Alpena.
